Mods4Hire collects the information needed to run a moderator hiring marketplace, including account details, profile content, listings, applications, ratings, and messages you send through contact forms.

We use this information to authenticate accounts, display profiles and listings, support applications and ratings, respond to requests, reduce abuse, and operate the service.

We use the email address and contact information you provide for communication purposes, including account notices, listing and application notifications, internal and in-app communications, support messages, product updates, service announcements, and marketing communications related to Mods4Hire. By creating an account, you agree that Mods4Hire may use your provided email for these purposes.

Your public profile, listings, and ratings may be visible to other visitors. Account credentials are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored in the public site code.

You can update your contact preference from your profile. Some important account, security, support, listing, and application messages may still be sent when needed to operate the service.

When you delete your account, Mods4Hire deletes your auth account and associated Mods4Hire profile data, including moderator details, gaming profile data, listings, applications, and ratings tied to your profile.

We may use service providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, and email delivery tools to host, secure, and operate the site. Contact us through the site contact page for privacy questions or deletion help.
